I have trained and coached people to reach the top of Kilimanjaro, the length of Patagonia, the Caledonian Challenge, the Deer Stalker, lose weight and gain muscle, increase their fitness and become happier. What do you want to do? I would like to thank Andy Edmunds for his care and support over the last 6 months. He combines technical knowledge with a real understanding of people.

Best of all he has figured out what works for me - what keeps me motivated and produces results. I have achieved so much more in terms of weight loss and fitness by training with Andrew on a regular basis than I would have by working on my own.
