
I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. This is the standard qualification for personal trainers in England. My name is Julian Stone and my passion is fitness, and helping others to achievetheir health related goals for 2014 and beyond. I used to weigh 300 pounds, and through leading a healthy lifestyle, changing my habits and learning about nutrition, I lost 100+ pounds. Once I had achieved the weight loss, I became a personal trainer.

You don't have to be angry or disappointed in the way you look.You don't have to miss dinner with your friends because you are 'on a diet'. You don't have to miss your friend's birthday because you don't have anything to wear. You no longer have to be in a circle with your weight management.

We specialize in weight loss, Increasing Core Fitness andReaching any Sport related goals you may have. I truly enjoy working with goal-orientated clients who would like to live fitter, healthier, and happier lives. My knowledge is backed by both scientific qualifications and personal experience which will ensure you achieve the greatest results possible.

Jason is a health and movement practitioner specialising in weight loss. Jasons philosophy is that to achieve weight loss you must move, mentally and physically. Many people who want to lose weightare concerned regarding how they should approach fitness. Jason believes that any movement that involves more movement that you would normally do in your everyday life will benefit you. This 'movement' doesn't necessarily mean that you embark on a strict diet or exercise regime.

All sessions are 1 to 1 and are specifically tailored to meet your personal requirements. We work with you to establish your weight loss goals to ensure you are working towards precisely what you wantto achieve. We help you to set goals that are realistic, achievable and maintainable. Any potential obstacles to reaching your preferred weight will be examined, taking account of what has worked for you in the past and what has not.
