About the Business

There are several types of resistance training, involving working with weights force or gravity. I can provide weights, kettle bells and other equipment (bench etc) for the sessions. If you want to build strength then this will involve working with weights that are heavy for you, usually just a few lifts of between 1 and 5 repetitions and then resting. Endurance training is with lower weights, with lots of lifts (maybe 10-15) before a period of rest.

Circuit training is another form of resistance training, and combines varied types of resistance exercises in succession. This can involve press-ups and other methods that use your own body weight. Together, we can assess which is best for you and build this into your personal training plan.
