The Train Station Gym has been synonymous with health and fitness in and around Glastonbury for over ten years, and since 2002 it has also been the premier health and fitness club in Frome. When itfirst opened in Glastonbury, over ten years ago, the opening hours were limited to 4.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday - a far cry from the 70plus hours per week that we're open now.
What I discovered, however, was it was not only their diet that they needed advice on but also their 'mind set'. So many of my clients needed help with their motivation and will power as well astrying to break deep seated negative eating habits which were clearly proving hard to break!

Liz was accredited in the Bowen Technique in June 2001. In 2007, she was one of the first group of UK therapists to qualify in the Emmett Technique and she gained her Diploma in Nutritional Therapy in2008. Liz is also an instructor for Emm-Tech short courses in the UK. Liz is a member of the Bowen Association UK and British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
My name is Kevin Shore and I graduated from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Public Health Nutrition. I also have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Exercise Science,which I completed at the University of Brighton in 2003. It was on this course that I became really interested in the benefits of good nutrition and this gave me the impetus to want to study Public Health Nutrition at a later date.
