Not surprisingly, I turned to nutrition in mytwenties to address a health problem which could only be treated by medication with unpleasant side effects. I made an appointment to see a nutritionist in London ?and, on her recommendation, modified my diet. The hardest thing was weaning myself off the ten coffees a day!
