I offer a high quality client focused Nutrition Consultancy and provide friendly, non-judgmental advice and guidance on weight and nutritional concerns to help clients to make dietary changes for long term health improvements.
My consultancy offers a range of services like personalised meal plans & consultancy work. My approach is educating the client to a lifestyle change through small modifications, using an adaptive strategy, based on communication and understanding.
