I have completed a four-year BSc in Nutritional Medicine atThames Valley University and the Functional Medicine Certification Programme from the Functional Medicine University. In 2011 I began my masters at CNELM. I am a member of BANT, the professional body for Nutritional Therapy and sit on BANT council.

I have worked as a personal trainer for over ten years, and have experience working with all types of people, from those who have never exercised before to experienced athletes. Over 15 years ago Ihad put on a lot of weight and after having tried all types of diets which did not work I knew I had to start exercising, so I gave Thai Boxing a try.
