About the Business
I'm a qualified nutritionist with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I also have a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) degree from the University of Birmingham. I'm a member of BANT, the regulatory body for professional nutritional therapists, CNHC and am fully insured. I regularly attend seminars and conferences to maintain my clinical knowledge and develop my skills. I'm a busy mum to three kids, Joseph, 6, Aiden, 4 and Melissa, 1. Combining working and motherhood isn't always easy, and I have to make nutritional choices that cater for ALL of my family, including my Coke-loving, white-bread-addicted husband! So my focus is very much on small, realistic and achievable nutritional changes that will make a big difference. By focusing on incorporating more of the good stuff in to your diet, you will naturally begin to cut down on the bad stuff, without feeling deprived.
