About the Business
I have been successfully helping thousands of people in the UK, and internationally, since 2003. I have enabled clients to achieve their personal aims, including supporting them to manage their eating habits, control emotional eating and achieve significant weight loss goals. Not to mention the confidence building, motivation and self-esteem that also comes with the support I offer.
Having struggled with emotional eating myself, this led to weight gain, which spiralled out of control. Inevitably, I developed a natural empathy and understanding of what clients are experiencing and it is now my passion to support them to achieve their own weight loss goals. This has given me a first-hand experience of understanding what clients are experiencing and allows for me to convey genuine enthusiasm in supporting them to get first class results.
In August 2014 I published my first book: ‘Your Road to Change', along with eight additional published eBooks.
