I was interested in nutrition and natural health for several years before I got into it properly I did find it very difficult to get motivated.

What really pushed me more into the path of natural health, nutrition and stress management was a series of stressful events that took place in my life from the age of 28. My son had severe eczema and allergies, my dad dropped dead of a heart attack at 57, I was made redundant from a part time job and my marriage was breaking down. With low energy and high stress levels it inspired me to make changes I thought would be impossible. Now at 46 years old I now have much lower stress levels and increased energy, feeling younger and better than ever.
