About the Business
I have been involved in the health business since 1996 when I trained in Holistic and Beauty Therapies. From 1998 I ran my own successful Health and Beauty Salon in Bramley for seven years offering Reflexology, Swedish/ Therapeutic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles and a full spectrum of face and body treatments.
Following some personal and family health issues, I discovered that in addition to the therapies I already offered, there was so much more going on inside bodies that I needed to work on, and I discovered the powerful effects of good nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
The combination of treatments and services on offer, together with the highly skilled, proficient and therapeutic manner in which I apply them, provides a truly integrated and holistic approach both internally (health begins on the inside) and externally for a healthier, happier you.
