Nutrition 4 Life was established by Alyson Carter to offer nutritional and healthy eating advice to clients to optimise their health. It also aims to be a service providing up to date information on both general and topical health issues of the day.
Alyson is a Nutritional Therapist having graduated from the College of Naturopathic and Complementary Medicine in London. She is registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC) and the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). Alyson works out of The Naturality Wellness Centre in Berkhamsted and also does home visits in and around Hemel Hempstead. Her background is retailing, having worked in senior roles for Debenhams department store for 15 years. She first got interested in nutrition about 15 years ago whilst researching nutritonal help for her daughter who has learning difficulties.
