Hi, my name is Sara, I am based in Goff's Oak, Hertfordshire and I provide Personal Training, Nutrition, Hormone Rebalancing, Rehab, Mindset and Lifestyle Coaching, together with Reiki Healing. Through the use of a private studio with modern cardio and strength equipment, you can achieve great results with the unique programmes I prescribe. If you are looking for a weight loss plan that fits in with your life, I offer a plan that gets your hormones back in balance, has your body burning fat rather than storing it and your can still enjoy the foods you really love.
I have been in the fitness industry for 27 years and I am passionate about teaching lifestyle management of health and fitness and enjoy educating all types of people to support them in their well-being and helping them to make positive lifestyle changes.
