Through the use of a private studio with modern cardio and strength equipment, you can achieve great results with the unique programmes I prescribe. I have been in the fitness industry for 27 years and I am passionate about teaching lifestyle management of health and fitness and enjoy educating all types of people to support them in their well-being and helping them to make positive lifestyle changes.
