About the Business
After a rethink and upping my training at the next Sport Ju Jitsu Nationals, I regained my title. After taking a break from competing and focusing a little more on coach, I was invited to the International Sport Ju Jitsu Championships 2009, held in Leeds and was asked to be team captain, fighting for England. At this time I was studying Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and had been for about a year before. After a few amatuer bouts, I decided to enter a Pro cage fight where here I lost in the first round due to cuts.
Now continuing to study MMA and coaching Sport Ju Jitsu the fun never stops. Along with my Martial Arts back I have also trained alongside an Ex Royal Marine for 2 years, where I extended my knowledge of using bodyweight as an effective training tool. If you are unable to control your body, why lift weights if you can't control your body?
