Clare graduated with a first class BSc honours degree in equine science in 1997. She first worked for a leading horse feed company as their nutritionist, then spent several years working for a leadinghorse feed and supplement company, giving nutrition and dietary advice to horse owners, yard managers, and vets, formulating products, and writing articles.
Walking is a surprisingly great way to burn fat and lose weight. Most people assume that you have to endure long runs or lift heavy weights to reap the benefits of exercise.
